Check Progressive Jackpot Eligibility Before the Spin
A visible jackpot meter does not prove every stake or game mode can win it. Read the in-game jackpot rules and preserve the qualifying conditions.
Browse jackpot slot optionsIdentify the jackpot network
Determine whether the prize is fixed, local to one casino, linked across several games or part of a wider network. The meter source affects where the current value and winner confirmation should appear.
Match the jackpot name and tier exactly. A game can display several prizes with different trigger conditions.
- Jackpot name and tier
- Local or networked
- Displayed meter value
- Game and provider
Find the qualifying wager
Check whether every paid spin is eligible or whether the rules require a minimum stake, all lines, a side contribution or a particular mode. Do not infer eligibility from an animated meter.
Feature buys, bonus funds and demo play may be treated differently. Record the rule that applies to the selected mode.
- Minimum qualifying stake
- Required lines or side bet
- Excluded modes
- Bonus-fund treatment
Separate trigger from display
The meter can update independently from an individual player's round. A genuine win should produce a game event, round ID and account credit or verification notice.
If the game disconnects during a suspected trigger, preserve the time, stake, balance and screen. Ask for the completed round result rather than replaying the event.
Read the validation and payout path
Large progressive awards may require provider verification before final credit. The rules should explain whether the displayed amount is final, shared or subject to another validation step.
Keep the round ID and all messages. Do not pay a fee, deposit or tax to an unknown third party claiming it must release the jackpot.
